As we have grown, our Helsinki-based IT team has continued to deliver world-class end-user services that enable all our employees across the globe to focus on their work. This is essential to enable our people to deliver an extraordinary experience to our customers. We are now looking for a part-time IT Administrator to support our young, tech savvy workforce with various challenges.
In this role you will support our IT team by proactively monitoring tickets and taking responsibility to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner. Ensuring great end-user experience, and automating repetitive work will be part of your daily activities. All this goes in combination with continuous prioritisation of business needs, and hence each team member needs wide technical knowledge, combined with strong stakeholder management skills and a kind personality. You will work in Europe’s second fastest growing company where no day is alike, and everyone is happy about it!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitoring and solving requests in the internal IT support ticketing system
- Troubleshooting issues both remotely and on-site
- Executing tasks around user onboarding and offboarding in IT systems
- Assisting the team as we roll out mobile device management (MDM)
- 1st line support for spam/phishing alerts
- Automation activities
Our humble expectations
- Previous experience of cloud service administration
- Proactive and positive attitude
- A true service mindset
- Experience with supporting end-users is a plus
- Experience with SaaS application and related SSO, including G-Suite, Slack and Confluence is a plus
- Python or web development skills are a plus
- Fluency in English (Verbally / Written)
